Farm Fellowship

We had an excellent day of fellowship with a whole bunch of homeschoolers at a friend's farm.  So why in the world did I only get pictures of Gerrick with chickens, a goat, and one of my favorite girls?  'Cause I was too busy talking to the other mamas to lift my camera, that's why.  Plus, I barely saw Gerrick the whole time we were there. :)

Huntsville Botanical Garden

We took a road trip to Alabama with friends yesterday. The Huntsville Botanical Garden was well worth the drive.  It is a really beautiful place; plus, we were able to see the Tremendous Treehouses exhibit as well as the Scarecrows!  We really couldn't have had a nicer day.

Jackson's Orchard

(I have had all sorts of problems making this post.  First, my pictures wouldn't upload and I realized that I was out of free space.  I had to figure out how to buy more and wait for Google approval.  Then, once I had the pictures up and tried to link to the Jackson's Orchard website--whoa!...things went wonky.  Their site is apparently infected with some virus right now, so you'll be getting no link from me.  However, we had a great time on Friday at this orchard in Bowling Green, Kentucky.)
