Gerrick has been wanting an excavation kit for a really long time. He was going to save his allowance for one, but was thrilled to find a $10 birthday check from his great-grandparents in the mail that made it possible for him to get that $6.99 kit right away! :) 
It took him a solid hour and a half of non-stop, focused work to excavate that knight! Now he's busy showing him around the castle. :)
Plus it's great hand/eye work!

Wow, 90 minutes of focused activity. I guess that is the difference between 4 and 5! ;)
ReplyDeleteHe has an incredible ability to focus intently on his ideas, but still can't (or just wont?) pay attention for more than 10 minutes or so to anything that I suggest. :)
